Cabinets: Main Kitchen is mainly complete but not 100% due to some missing items. Not confirmed whether it is here but we haven't been able to find it or if it was not sent...? Wok window area is complete and dry walled. See pics.
 
Marble Polishing: The polisher cleaned and mopped the living and entry for us to cover up. He is currently still sanding the 2nd floor Gallery. See pics.

 KJE Sheet Metal: G met with Keven English today to finalize the cost to finish.

 Cal Coast Plumbing: Had a change of heart and promised us he was going to finish the job... We're assuming he has no right to the retention maybe...? Anyways, he informed us he was not the one who purchased the rough plumbing.. so we are hunting down what type of rought plumbing we possibly might have purchase in order to figure out what diverters we can use and what fixtures belong to where.

 Kazami Waterproofing: Been pushing for their bid. They're supposedly busy and needed to hunt down our old plans...

 DWLA: Been avoiding me all week... but finally promised us plans on Tuesday.

 Valdimir VEA: Also been avoiding me all week... I can only assume he knows the meeting is on May 15th and maybe he spoke to Michelle knowing that we cannot have a meeting with ARC until we are 100% paid in full..?

 TK Elevator:
I'm going over some details on the button options with Craig. I will need to create a matrix to send to you...

 JF Landscape:
They stopped by today to help us figure out the finish grade for the concrete at the front canopy.

Front Canopy:
I sent the finish grade info over to the concrete subs. I'm waiting for more bids. I've been sending them out all week... everyone is slow to respond. The concrete is the only we are waiting as for as pricing/bids. We have no clue as to how much it will exactly cost. I'm rushing them...
