- HOA:

a. Vladimir provided us the chimney mock-up diagram this morning. The drawing is based on Marvin’s proposal to the HOA on the last meeting where we angle the vent and move the chimney location directly 5’ back. Jesse/Roger finished 1 mock-up on the roof today, the other will be completed by tomorrow (the mock-ups are required by the HOA).
b.      Site meeting at 10am tomorrow with Vladimir, air duct subcontractor, G and me regarding chimney cost, location, and mock-up. 1^st Century Builders is already pricing this based on the drawing because he could not make it onsite tomorrow.
c. Spoke to Michelle and Vladimir and extended our deadline from Tuesday 2/2/10 to this Thursday or Friday to turn in all drawings we are presenting at the next HOA meeting. We will be presenting:
-         Balcony dwgs
-         Stone dwgs
-         Chimney dwgs
-         Guesthouse plans ONLY IF you approve 100% (Zuli will send to you soon)
d.      Signature acknowledgement for the letter is required by HOA. Per Michelle, I can go ahead and sign for you since you are gone, but she will also need an email from you confirming that you received it. I will sign and fax to her tomorrow.
e. Michelle is informed that Marvin Fong will not be presenting for us and that we are working on the guesthouse in house.

Entrance Canopy Revision/Michael Ni: Please note that he cannot proceed until he knows which option we prefer – the additional 4 columns or beefing up the shear walls. I have asked and asked for alternative options and less costly options but to no avail…
Electrical:

Last Friday Flash Electric finished work on the Wok, and began on the Master 1B Dressing. He proceeded work today and was also working on the Kitchen.

GBR/Cabinets:

Oscar was at the warehouse today, while Jesse/Roger was working on the chimney mock-up.

Marble grout repair:

Gonzalo and helper worked on the single slab in the Kitchen and 1^st floor.
